shipping policy
All purchases will be shipped out within 2-3 days of payment clearing. if the goods are damaged upon receipt we will replace them one we have the damaged goods returned.
The return shipment of the damaged goods will be covered by the sender and if the goods are damaged due to bad packaging the sender will be refunded for the damaged goods and the return postage.
return & exchange policy
We accept returns on all items except for the gel polish. This is due to hygiene reasons. All other goods are subject to a 14 day return policy. The good will be inspected on receipt and refunds will be issued once inspection of the goods are satisfactory and a decision has been made.
If the goods are damaged due to bad packaging or the item we sent broken, the goods will be replaced or refunded. If the item upon inspection has been fount to be damaged by the user then a refund will not be granted if the damage of the goods is found to be caused by miss use.
